In other news, two different friends have asked me to go into real estate investments with them. On closer inspection, both of them turn out to be really good investements too, so I really ought to do at least one of them.
This would be fine, but if I do it means I can't buy a shiny new car. Well, not without saving up all over again, which'll kill me.
