ARRggghhh....
Awesome awesome awesome!!! After working a short early morning shift I work I got back to my car to find a $35 parking ticket on my car for parking on the side of the street they were doing sweeping. Basically making my three hour shift all for not. I totally saw the sign when I got out of the car but thought, "Oh Tuesday,...

Sorry about your parking ticket. That sucks. I have a parking angle that works. I can tell you his name and you can ask him for good parking spaces and good parking luck. The only thing is, you can only tell people about him if they believe in ghosts, because, well, he is one. He gets me Kojack parking in North Beach on Saturday nights.
It sounds like you might need him shocked
evil_homer:
Damn those parking tickets! Those inconvenient no parking times are the bane of every San Franciscan (or Daly Cityite(?)).

*sigh*
I have again reached the point in my life where I no longer know what the hell I want to do with it.

I'm thinking my major in school is just depressing the hell out of me though. I am reading three books right now for my classes and there are all doom and gloom about the state of the planet. At this point...

From here on out I'm keeping a pen and paper journal for my tragically emo-ish writings and keeping the SG one to trivial daily whining, rants, and overall random wierd shit that goes on in the course of the day. I saw my post from yesterday and realized I wouldn't want to try to comfort some sad sap that was just bringing everyone else down...

Yes! The scooter is the raddest way to get around the city. I've seen them as low as $100 for cheap used ones. I've been meaning to get one for a while. SFSU sounds really awesome. Me and roomate who just graduated Chico have been wondering why the fuck we went out into the middle of nowhere rather than attend a school that would have obviously been much more our style. whatever
margot_dent:
no specific plans, my friend from englands visiting and hes never been before, so i thoguht we'd take a day trip (whichll probably end up a day/night trip, hah)

email me your info and ill get back to you with my number!

the first day of school itself was good but the realization of what the rest of my life holds is more than I can take. When your younger you can think the most horrific things that could possibly occure in the course of your life and what you may turn out to be. You can think the most awful outcome and maybe even believe they...

Ugghhh blackeyed School starts tomorrow and I could not be any less ready to face a semester. I don't even have paper to put into my binder and I don't even want to get started on my mental state-of-being that I will need to get into to make this whole thing happen. Today I just stayed in bed all day, in part because that is a...

I hope you like school here more than back in hick-town Auburn. Most transfers are probably in the same "ill-prepared" boat as yourself. Cool that you got the My Favorite album, that's a pretty good one (but the cd that compiles all their Joan of Arc EPs... I forget the actual title... is even better). And G.G. Park is such a nice, peaceful (relativelt speaking) place to escape the city for a while. I love it!

The last show that was really good was (speak of the devil) My Favorite at Hotel Utah.

How was the first day of school??

Just like clockwork, here comes another stupid journal that realizes despite my attempts at change I am still the same depressed dolt that I have always been...maybe just adapting to this would be the best way to approach this life.

First and foremost I think I need to lay off of the bottle for a little while. It is a fun wave to ride for...

Here I am back from a fun little visit back home (That sounded really sarcastic but I assure you it is sincere) for a few days to pick up a few thing I had stored and visit the family before school starts again...don't want to bore you with all that junk but it was great mushy family stuff...

Wow, my brain just farted and I...

oh oh oh that is my favorite bright eyes lyric ever.
Well, my boss just gave me some new shifts, so I suppose I will maintain my current low paying job instead of moving off to some ritzy porn store gig. Sigh. Wouldn't it be nice to have enough money to buy plain AND chocolate soymilk the same week!? Or get a fucking haircut? I'm so sick of being this poor all the time!
Speaking of which, my record is skipping and I have to go to work... later!

Hi Billyboy.

I liked your diary-style entry. I got to catch up.

How did your interview go at the library?

There is no beating around the bush on this one...I'm addicted to the internet or at least my email, Pitchfork and of course the glorious SG. So it only took a little under two weeks for me to get the poor-ass-student/bum $5 local line and the shitty ol' Netzero and fall off the wagon (or is it get on the wagon?!?! That saying always confused...

I'm back, I'm back!
Parking attendent? That is a rad job! I'm thinking of working at this porno shop near my house for 3 reasons: Great pay, convenient hours, and the opportunity to meet lots of interesting people. I just don't know if I can handle people asking me how anal beads work or where to find the latest "grandma cocksuckers" dvd. What to do, what to do. My other option is late night pizza delivery gal. Advice?

ps- i met the fucking unicorns, they are exceedingly normal looking fellows and very polite.

You are now looking at the typing of a frustrated little boy...really I am have trouble containing myself at the moment. I am at the computer lab in the library (my only source for the internet now and in the near future) and SG has decided to start showing two girls a day...and I am here looking over my shoulder every few minutes thinking I...

So this is it I guess. I'm in my empty room and will be moving everything tommorow into my new place. Sadly there is no internet...no phone set up in fact...so I will not be able to frequent the site as much as I am accustomed to. I am going to make valiant attempts to get on at school and when I manage to take...

Wow, your dog looks like he just radiates friendliness. (Or maybe he just drools it). It always sucks having to leave loved ones behind, animal or human. I was sad for weeks after moving to Chico many moons ago, due in large part to my having to leave my cat behind (but since I'm terribly allergic to cats, it was perhaps for the better whatever ). At least your dog's still got a good home.
Hopefully you get a job soon so you can enjoy all the things that SF has to offer. I'm almost finding myself overwhelmed, with new restaurants to try, new bars and clubs to check out, new beaches and parks to walk in, etc. Hope the move goes well!
