Does anyone know a good Japanese food cookbook with simple recipes? I want to start practicing to cook with some of the ingredients I'll be more likely to find in Japan. A girl can't live on tofu alone.

The Caveman diet... I won't have to do my own killing, but I'm pretty limited in choices.

Tofu... by the way... would not be on the caveman diet.
