I'm going to get TESOL certified. I think it will be OK for me to do the course online, since I already have so much teaching experience. With the certification, there are more jobs I'll be qualified for in New York, and I'll have the option of going abroad. To Japan?
I'm still talking to H--. Where is this going to go? It's scary. I'm making a plan that could reasonably lead me to Japan and to him. Things are in the beginning stages, but I feel like I have a plot. I wish he hadn't been married when I first met him. I wonder what my life would be like now.
I applied for an executive assistant job at G--'s company, and G-- says I'm among the last 3 candidates. If the decision ultimately comes down to him, I know I'll be getting that job. It would help me a lot. If I get that job, I'll save some money. I'll continue working at the ESL school if I can, I think. But when? I would end up being able to do only 2-4 classes a week. But it will be good to stay in practice. And I enjoy the job.
