Ahem. Let's just say that I was very happy with my date the other night.
I also had a pretty fun interaction at a bar, which never happens to me, because I rarely go to bars, because I don't drink much and I tend to dislike the typical bar atmosphere. But I met this South Korean guy who had done his required military training and had practiced Taekwondo. We decided to have a play, no contact fight. It lasted about 30 seconds, since we weren't in the best venue, but we were having a good time and laughing, and it was cool to meet another martial artist with such a playful personality.
And for anyone who was going to ask who won, I think we were about evenly matched. Something I'm also proud of.

The reason Kathy gave me for cancelling only made a little sense. It had to do with the way I identify in the lifestyle and what she needed from me if we got together. It's complicated, but it didn't make much sense since I knew what she wanted in our anticipated roleplay and was sure I could give it to her.
I know this is vague, but let's just say her reason for cancelling sounded pretty lame.
