I have now worked at the hostess club twice and talked mostly with three customers. One wanted to tell me how much he hates Japanese culture, one wanted me to sit next to him and then ignore me, and one was one of my ESL students. This job will prove to be very interesting.
If any of you lives in or travels to NYC and has expendable income (as in be prepared to spend a few hundred dollars), shoot me a message and I'll tell you where to find me and when I'm working.

Forget about doing it in New York for hundreds of dollars... Do it in Portland for hundreds of cents. I can afford hundreds of cents.

I'd love to see what goes on there! but hundreds of dollars, no way. I'll just have to be content with your reports and the dictionary definition of "decadence" instead of the living exhibit you're inhabiting.
