I'm proud of the way Annette and I raised our girls. She had a lot more to do with how great they are, but I have to say that I contributed to it also. My girls and I are close. I suppose I'm reaping the benefits of having been a supportive and attentive dad when they were growong up.

I hope things work out the way you'd like to with the boy(s). Sometimes casual is exactly what you need - gives you both a chance to be with yourselves (an important state that many couples miss out on) whilst still having the connection with someone.
