I think I'm exercising an unnecessary amount. It's scary and reminds me of my eating disorder. Today, I'm trying not to exercise because I overextended my hip a little bit. I'm actually going to be a more effective martial artist if I take a day off and hope my hip feels better when I get back into it.
I hope writing this here will help me stick it out. Knowing me, I'll probably end up not resting but walking all the hell over the city to "make up" for otherwise taking a break.
