so i started something of a diet today.
nothing stupid- im not just eating cheese or grapefruit..
im just eating lots of green.. icky.. leafy things.
and chicken.
and water.
oh, and im running in the gym for about an hour.
bleehhhhhhhhh.
im going to test it out for a few months.. see if i can make my tummy a bit smaller.
fuck.
