Alright, Fine. You win.
After 2 and a half years, I'm finally giving in.
I thought I could get better by time but obviously that didn't work.
I've stopped drinking and smoking, that didn't help.
I've avoided all the things that could have possibly triggered my attacks...and all that happened was me losing some of the most important and loving friends I could ever have.
I've tried breathing exercises, running, reading, talking to people about my panic attacks, listening to music...practically EVERYTHING that didn't involve me going on medication but it seems like I'm just getting worse.
I'm done. Seriously, I lost the battle.
I just don't care anymore.
