last week in texas before i head to hawaii. i been on leave so long now i can hardly remember what the army is like lmao. im getting fat again and my beard is getting very manly. im excited about hawaii but sad at the same time. im definately ready to get away from my hometown.

I got off at noon yesterday and am off till tuesday. i wonder if they think this makes up for the fact that i leave wednesday morning and wont be home until the 18th.

This weekend has been too short. I slept way too much and ended up just sitting on the couch staring at the tv the rest of the time. Its hard to concentrate on anything after a week in the field especially when you know you have only 5 days to be home then you have to go back out for 10 days.
