Okay, so it was a great weekend overall.
I got inked, pierced and broke my baby toe all the same day!
The tattoo came out better than I had hoped. I've been wanting to get this one for a few months and due to various things, have had to put it off. Well in my opinion it was well worth the wait. Scott, my tattoo artist is a fabulously talented artist as well as a good friend. I'm so glad I have a inkman so close that is 100% trustworthy with everything.
The piercing went as expected. It didnt really hurt, more of an annoyance kinda sensation. I definately think If my work and finaces would allow it I would be 75% covered in ink and metal.
So I broke my little toe.. Nothing glorious, nothing glamorous, nothing exciting...I was cleaning the house and walked into the vacumn base on accident. So I wobbled the whole weekend with a bruised/broken baby toe.
Tootsie Pop and I celebrated 5 years
together this weekend also. Hard to believe its been 5 years since I met him online and made 2 babies with him. But love is a strange and splendid thing.
Its also time for my 15 year High school reunion.(Yes, I am THAT old ) But I dont think I am going to go. I really dont have any interest in seeing anyone I graduated with considering most of my friends went to another school or were underclassmen when I graduated. Tootsie Pop, thinks we should go and be obnoxious and try to get kicked out just for shits and giggles. Usually I'd jump at the chance for trying to beat our currently unchallenged kickout record which is 13 minutes. (We have been kicked out of Toys r Us, Chilis, and Walmart) but I'm just not feeling this occasion. Some of my High school memories arent that great. I think the only thing Id like to do if I saw old classmates would be to bitch slap them. Im 33 move on. Guess I cant I ono. Its a character flaw of mine I guess. Anyways this weeks journal entries will be dedicated in some part to the 80's.
Viva la Valley Girl!
Some of my favoite quotes from the movie Valley Girl, they are random.
STACY: "Fred!"
FRED: "Stacy! My little pickle!"
JULIE: "Like they're staring right at us."
STACY: "Gross me out! lets move on!
JULIE: "He's the most awesome dude ever! Man, he's like tripendicular, ya know?"
RANDY (as a drive-in waiter): "Now these go right back there now, don't they?"
TOMMY: "You forgot our fries."
RANDY: "Well, Peter Piper picked a pepper, I guess I did!"
STACEY: "Like I'm not getting out of the car."
RANDY: "All right when they attack the car save the radio."
STACEY: "You know these guys look sick or something. They would look healthier with a tan."
JULIE: "Fer shure Stacey."
STACEY: "You know Julie you can like kiss all the bitchen Val dudes good bye."
STACEY: "You know being popular can be so lonely."
TOMMY: "Oh wow is this 3d?"
RANDY: "No but your face is."
STACEY: "Oh I hate 3d. It gives me a headache."
JOYCE: "So where's Ralphie?"
STACEY: "Indian wrestling with his boys doing something totally grody like
that."
Hope everyones weekend was fabulous.
