I'm laying here in bed and I don't know what to do. This is the first full weekend I've had off in over a month. I know what I'm going to do tonight (nudie bar) and tomorrow (BBQ and a movie) but I haven't a clue as to what I should go out and do today. I'd like to see my niece but my sister and I aren't really on speaking terms at the moment. I could play video games in my boxers all day, but the weather is super nice out (40 degrees). Maybe I'll go get a proper hair cut today. I've been having my roommate help me with upkeep on my mohawk so it hasn't been done the greatest at times. LOL! I should just jump in my car and see where I end up and go from there.
The gym has been kicking my ass.
I haven't lost any weight but I can see a slight change in my body. My gut isn't as big and my "loneliness" handles are slowly disappearing.
I've been hitting the elliptical machine for half an hour each workout and I'm just over 2.5 miles. Each time I run I increase my 1st mile by about ten seconds so currently my mile is just under eleven minutes and my second is just over twelve minutes.
I still don't eat entirely healthy as I should but I'm getting there. The hardest stuff to cut out has been fast food. It's just so easy to hit the drive thru before/after work. I'm also starting to think I won't hit my weight loss goal of 215 pounds at the end of the year. I know I'm burning off the fat but for each pound of fat I'm burning off I'm gaining a pound back in muscle. If that is the case I'm alright with that.
