I really feel like I can't do anything right at my job these days. Lately I seem to make all the wrong choices and I'm afraid it may cost me my job.

Keep your head up. Think the best, and use good judgement.
Dam good to hear from yah

I have had chunks of time like that at work. You just have to remember how many right things you have done until you can pull out of your slump.

I start back to school May 21. It's been about 15 years or so since I was last in school. This should be interesting to say the least.

My new promotion keeps me really busy these days and with my computer being down I don't post as much either. I'm hoping to get the computer fixed this month in time so I can keep myself entertained when I get my wisdom teeth pulled. I finally sucked it up and went to the dentist. My two back bottom molars are cracked because of my...

Congrats on the shift change man. That sounds like a great deal the way the time off works out. Good luck with your wisdom teeth I had that done a while back.

My days are all at least twelve at this job. Set days off would be a great comfort. It may take a few weeks to make getting up at five not painful but I'm sure you will enjoy seeing the sun again.biggrin

I'm still alive! Life has been busy to say the least. I'm officially on first shift (7am-3pm) now and I love it. biggrin I wake up every morning between 5-5:30am and I'm in bed usually no latter than 10pm. I really am starting to seem like an old person now. HAHAHA!!!! It is nice though to be out of work at 3pm and able to go...

biggrin No problem.

The cupcakes I got the recipe from thecakemistress.com though I made adjustments. I didnt make the chocolate icing they made. I used regular icing sugar and mixed it following the instructions but using freshly squeezed lime juice instead of water smile

and the bacon jam came from the sailor jerry website - If you google "sailor jerry bacon jam" you should get the one. I would link you but you have to put your age/location details in. If you cant get it on the U.S site let me know and I will type it out for you biggrin

Hope you guys have funsies making lots of yummy foods smile

Well this new year has brought some change at work. The 3rd shift lear operator was let go, most likely for lack of production, and another guy quit because she was fired. My guess for why he quit is he didn't want to run two machines at work like he was supposed to be doing and the lead that was fired never made him. WHat...

MY CAR IS FINALLY PAID OFF!!!!!!!!! biggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrin It was a great feeling to call my bank today and tell them to just pay off the last of what I owed them. So things are going very well with the new girl. I crash at her place most of the week with a few days at home so I can do laundry and whatever else I need to get done. I'd almost worry about gaining a bunch of weight from all the food she cooks for me but we've been finding way of working that off later....
