My niece turns one later today and I can't believe how fast this last year has gone. It doesn't seem like just a few months ago she was born and I was holding her in the hospital. It's just crazy how fast she's grown. She's started asking "What's dat?" about everything she sees. Also about a month ago she started just walking like a kid possessed. LOL! But she turns one later today and my sister asked if I'd cook for the party not really knowing how many people were going be there. I found out two days ago I'm cooking for 75 people. &% PEOPLE!!! I'm thirty years old and I don't think I've ever had that many people total in all thiry years of my life. But I'm up tonight making pulled pork in the smoker. I seasoned up the meat and am using apple wood to smoke it with and put some fresh apples and apple juice in the drip pan to help add flavor to the meat. It's going to turn out so tasty when I pull the meat out of the smoker in the morning.

I saw the new Transformers movie and it was a tough movie to make it through. It was craptastic to say the least. SO if you haven't seen it and were thinking about it save your money.

Been play a bit of XBOX the last few weeks and brought my gamer score up to just over 19k today. A few of the games I've been playing I'm glad I only rented them instead of shelling out 50/60 bucks a pop for them. A few of them that I just could get into for whatever reason were Street Fighter IV and the new Bionic Commando. I just couldn't get the controls down for the most part and that made them just not enjoyable. I did pick up the new Naruto game for 360 and it's a fun little game. I also put some money down on Halo: ODST and Assassins Creed 2.



I'm going to be so broke. LOL!

I'll post an update after I've pulled the pork from the smoker and some pics of the party. Have a fun safe weekend boys and girls.
