I keep a journal for about 5 years after my accident. After reading what I had written back then(over 20 years ago) I am starting in again. Probably writing deeper darker thoughts now! haha

I was grinding one time with an auto on switch. The wheel got caught for a second and ripped it out of my hand and hit me right in the gut. Okay this has happened a few times. One time it got hung up and wrapped in my shirt and the handheld part kept spinning around hitting me in the gut. I took a few hits in a second it seemed like before I could grab it again and step on the cord to yank it unplugged. Another time it just flew out of my hands and practically knocked the wind out of me. That time it stayed on and was running around on the ground. I had to kick it away while I caught my breath. You're talking about like a grinder sandwich though?
