the bruises are most likely from being tensed when taking the shot, missing the vane, or if youre not doing it in a slow even fluid motion.. depending on how big the needle is..
and dont worry..

I've recently realized that I can't sleep at night unless I'm on some kind of "drug." On a day to day basis I'm usually stoned. When I'm not stoned I'm drunk. When I'm not stoned or drunk I take xanax to sleep. Like now.

sorry it took me a while to answer your hair colour question. To get it as pink as in my last set, you basically have to bleach it to platinum blonde, and then tone it with a wash of crazy colour. For that you mix crazy colour (it comes in bright fuscha) with hair conditioner til you get the pastel pink shade, dye your hair with that, and it lasts a couple of washes.
It's ESSENTIAL to bleach your hair very very light first.
