So moving, changing credit card #s, and not having internet all at once can be a bad idea . . .

Post-surgery, post-crutches walking isn't too bad, really, which I suppose is a good sign. Hopefully, the grinding sensation and pain will go away when I bend my knee too far, as the alternative (more, much more invasive, surgery) doesn't seem terribly appealing.

Knee surgery next week. Not looking forward to it, but maybe it will fix the problem(s). Going to kind of suck spending most of my first Alaskan summer on crutches, though.

For those with an eye to learning from others' mistakes, allow me to advocate never smashing up the meniscus and rupturing bursa in your knee. I'm going on six weeks since I tweaked my knee pretty good, and I've still got fluid on the knee and, while I mostly have good days, I'm one or two bad movements (lunges, squats, that sort of thing) away...
