My new home in the gulf islands is magical. I already feel like I want to live here for a long time. It's so wild and unspoiled here. The nights are very dark and very quiet. The stars are intensely visible. Eagles and whitetail deer roam everywhere. The weather is warm and fairly dry. It's more than I could have imagined.
I've really been enjoying redecorating our new place, including setting up a guest room. I have a bit of painting left to do but we'll soon be ready for visitors! It's so nice having so much more space. The yard has been so great for Ana to run around in. It's huge and full of blossoming trees, rock gardens, ferns, moss, etc. etc. etc.
As far as work goes, I have a show based on my large aluminum prints in the fall, and I decided to open an online shop for small prints, as it's been years since I offered anything that's not very expensive. It is still in progress, but I'll post when it is launched. There's also a new set by me of @tita on the way, so watch for that in a couple weeks!
