So this is my first blog. Honestly I've always been worried that once I start I won't be able to stop. I get OCD on stuff like this but oh well. I developed a new sleeping disorder, OPSS- Old People's Sleep Schedule. I'm up at like 5 am and asleep by like 10. It's really annoying. I'm not a late sleeper anyway but 5 am is a little crazy for me. I'm not a "go back to sleeper" either. I wake up all grumpy the second time. I'm headed to Chicago this week to see my girl Katie Chloe. I know she's gonna keep me up so hopefully that will break the cycle. Otherwise I guess I'll be doing a lot of blogging at 5 am.

I miss having a schedule for sleeping (although mine was never really a strict schedule), right now I have a four month old baby and would settle for any schedule that allows more than three hours sleep at a time!
I'm also not a 'go back to sleeper', so I sympathise.
