I don't know why your uploads should be restricted but you might want to look on the internet for a solution. There is a wonderful YouTube channel about computer privacy by Naomi Brockwell that you might find useful. She has videos about VPN services which are very informative. There is a world of difference between the good ones and most of the others. (She doesn't push it but she also advocates crypto for privacy reasons.  I would be careful with that since it's a purely speculative, ephemeral thing with no intrinsic value or legal standing whatsoever.)

I will be archived soon . I don't see any further point in spending money on shooting sets. It takes too much effort, and I couldn't even learn the language. many in the bos demand "more". Don't become discouraged. When the weight of the world pushes down on you, you push back. I've lost everything nearly I own and may yet fall further. Evil people did terrble things to me, but I refuse to allow myself to sink into despair. I am also starting to get back on my feet. In addition, I'm much older than I look. Age is nothing but a number. You have unbelievable talents that will help you get through these tough times. Not to mention that you are beautiful and intelligent in mind, body and soul. The world will become better and this bleak era will pass. It will take time. Just hang in there.
