I just saw a friends pics of using the P90x (or whatever it is called). Damn in 30 days he had lost his gut and had a bit of abs. I guess that thing really works!

I am not sure I have the discipline to do something like that though.
Once I am home I just want to chill. And I know you can get up early in the morning and do it, but I am so not a morning person.

Unfortunately, what I have found is I can lose 5 pds in a second if I stop drink. But how much fun is that? Thus once up and around I will have to start working out again. At least by not starting till Feb/Mar I will miss the overcrowding of the gym that starts on Jan. 2. You see people come for a few weeks religiously and then they just disappear!



Is it sad that I still like watching Saturday morning cartoons, or at times Disney shows. If I had my way I would probably also have a bowl of Lucky Charms or some other sugar filled nonsense as well.

Finally, that USPS commercial with the clown doll. Fuck. I hate clowns and I hate dolls - blame the movie puppetmaster. That movie scared the shit out of me as a kid. And now this damn commercial......god damn. Really?
