I can't tell when my dreams are just dreams or if it really happy. It becomes a blur. And my dreams are so detailed that I wake up exhausted, sore and drenched. I should write them down, but I'm too lazy. They don't make any sense and I dream in color, in Thai and/or Spanish with English of course and I feel water, snow, textures everything.
I'm really nervous about going through with it because I'm so self conscious. Thank you!
