SOUND AS TIME TRAVEL AND PARANORMAL CONNECTOR
My parents want to buy us (me and my brother) a queen-size fold-out sofa. Upon measuring, we have discovered that our living room just so happens to be about the size of a queen-size fold-out sofa. As they say, "Nothing is so expensive as a free thing."
We live in a big West Indian neighborhood, and there's a labor day carnivale every year, that supposedly shuts the whole area down for three days straight. Everybody parties, everybody dances, nobody sleeps.
Pictures of last year's carnival.
"In 1906 the American critic G.S. Lee wrote a rapturous eulogy of technology, The Voice of the Machines. He took his title from the phonograph which enabled man to speak 'forward' in time to the unborn and listen 'backwards' to the dead."
