I'm always hesitant to recommend this because of potential abuse, but if you can use a prescription sleep drug like Ambien without needing it all the time, it really helps. Its amazing how much better depression and mental functioning are after you get just one good solid night of sleep.

Also, if you smoke weed regularly, you might try stopping.
