I disappeared for quite a lot, but it hasn’t been an easy time.
I think everyone felt something odd in their mind and routine due to the lockdown, and speaking for myself: I started having panic attacks all over again. Insomnia and anxiety does not cope well together!
Going out, staying in the nature, is really helping tho
