So here is a wish list:
I want a German Shepherd
And I want one of the 'invisible fences' to keep it from running off, getting into the road, etc.
I want this Stag Arms Model 2TL
I want reloading equipment...this for starters and more when I figure out what I'm doing
And I want one of these so I can load it with topos and go where I want when I want without worry. And I just like maps.
And then there is this one person I'd really like to be spending all my time with. As soon as I get the puppy I'll have my secret weapon to lure her in.

Have patience, keep your eye on the goal (one at a time), and you'll have whatever you want.
In regards to the previous post, you can have the best of both worlds. Look for a German Shepperd Rescue on the net. Most purebred breeds have Rescues associated with them. The dogs generally are living with foster families while waiting to be placed and they can give you really good insight into their personality and behavior. Our last Boxer came from a Rescue which speciallized in Boxers and Mastiffs.
It's all true, too. We have quite a few toys; pistols, AR's, target rifles, bows, 4-wheelers, boat, RV, motorcyles, etc...and we just picked them up one at a time...and so can you!
