I just got that call that my uncle died at 8:30pm tonight. He had cancer and was in a lot of pain. Surrounded by family and people that loved him, he went peacefully in his home, the way he wanted to.

I love you, and may you rest in peace.

So, I'm back from Pittsburgh. Ummmm....wow....So I got a job offer in Orlando to be the executive chef of a new restaurant. Buuuuttttt....I don't know if I'm going to take it or not. Eh, we'll have to see.

4 hours until my plane leaves today. I should be packing, but I've still got clothes in the washer. Damn you procrastination! I'm really excited, but so nervous, too.
