So it's my 23rd birthday today.. Like many people I start the new year with new beginnings, coinciding with my birthday I really like to embrace a better me. So I wanted to share with you some of my plans for 2015.

I've really been struggling with my mental health lately, and I have a lot of issues with body image, the last thing I want to do is post a photo of myself. I'm really trying to push myself to feel okay, so what better than to post full nudes with no make up...
