hello everybody, how's things? hope all is well in the world 
just a quick update from me .... i nearly lost my mind and my life yesterday, and i strongly advise anyone and everyone to stay well away from NRG1
on a brighter note though, Brave New World came in the post and the lino i'm doing for my friend's birthday is well under way now
that's really all the energy i have to write at the minute .... i think a cup of tea and a long rest in bed is much needed
