NOVEL APPROACH.

The Leviathan Lounge was a scondrels hole. Madmen and smarter women lurked in it's back areas. The smokey booths were delivery rooms of despair and disaster.

Sometime ago, this conflaguration was concocted in one of those holes.

"From what I can tell, the TV news and newspapers are gone" I was talking out loud to anyone who would listen.

The pier was empty. I could see that from my perch next to barbershop up on the ridge. This was Hunter's Hill. The district of the city that was known for it's women crying on the corners while readministering their makeup.

The barbershop was empty. The TV on the ledge in the back was static. I kicked in the door.
