i want to be one of those people. you know, the type of person who can take a terribly mundane occurance and turn it into poetry. someone who could take my trip to ritter's last night for frozen custard and paint with words a rockwellian vista of contentment and beauty.
i'd describe how lucious it was to awake today with my lover's body curled next to mine, bare skin only touching in two or three places, and the delight i got every time i surfaced from my sleep to discover him next to me.
i'd somehow make my to-do list of household chores reflect the domestic goddess within.
my friends would all be quoted with witty sayings and clever rebuttals. we'd all be having a great time.
and my time spent in warcraft would be filled with epic battles and lots of death-defying saves.
but i am not one of those people. so instead i make you a list of what i'd say if i were.
also, me and sir richard in some museum love:

Yah to lovers sleeping next to you. I love when you are half asleep yet feel their presence.
