It's so sad when good things change for the worse.

I enjoy truth. To illustrate: I would find not being truthful about the smallest things hypocritical in desiring it of others, if not the world, and so here are a few true little things about me:


  • I start each day that I don't sleep entirely through with a word jumbly thing, a crossword, and a sudoku puzzle. New ones each day are likely the only reason I get up and roll into work... it certainly isn't because I adore waiting ables.

  • I'm driving to Santa Fe in a little over a week to catch a DeVotchKa show, because (I heart and heart them, and) it seems that no one likes to come to Texas. I've considered moving back to New Mexico simply for such reasons, though I'm sure it would freak me out a little to fit in so very well, and I don't handle cold all so well (too ridiculously tiny, you know).

  • My favorite color is red, which is pretty obvious when you enter my home. Everything from the toaster to my new external hard drive and the chair I made in seventh grade wood shop are red, but it isn't excessive.

  • I am used to explaining my motives aloud even for the simplest things, in what I can only assume is super villainy syndrome, as I just want someone to understand all I put into my great schemes. Hopefully someone will get me one day, but I'm not holding my breath just yet.

  • I ordered a new neighborhoodie yesterday, and on it somewhere is a purple octopus.

  • Speaking of DeVotchKa, you should most certainly see Little Miss Sunshine, as soon as possible.

I don't remember what caused the request but you asked me to post something without the face. So I did. And for some reason, as some point I just stopped posting it in all of your stuff. You're the only one.

I'll start playing WoW when I can afford it. Hopefully soon. I think my roommate has a 10 day trial. I'll ask him when I get home. Perhaps I will give it a shot. How much is it a month anyways?

A -- Yeah, they recommend the juice fast once a year and from now on I think I'm going to do it yearly.
B -- The previous sentence is grammatically retarded, but it's late, so I'm leaving it.
C -- Yeah, I liked the music in 'Little Miss Sunshine' a lot. The friend I was with is a soundtrack fiend and he's going to pick it up. That's totally awesome you're traveling to see them. I imagine they're a blast to see live.
D -- The secret of your not entirely black heart is safe with me. ARRR!!!
