The flowers should have arrived by now. I've been trying to avoid what today means the entire time i've been awake. I don't know what to think. I miss her. I love her. I regret not being there for her. I know she was proud of me and glad to see me when i was there. I wish i was somewhere else right now. All i can do is live a good life and keep making her proud.

Since we have some wonderful friends in common and it's your birthday and all, I thought I should fire up my brain later on and attempt to write something interesting. If that doesn't fly, I'll compromise and try for something boring. I can almost always manage that; it's good to have some options! Have a happy!
