First step reached. Shame I didn't get anyone to officially agree to my motivational plan.
I'm the heaviest I've ever been. I'm not a really round guy or anything but I'm definitely not in my ideal shape. I'm 5'5" and 170lbs. With my height and my stocky build I figure I should be at 155 for in ideal weight with decent muscle mass. Problem? Motivation!
