I am so distressed eeek I went to this health fair today and had some "tests" done. This body fat test came up saying that I need to lose 40 pounds! What the hell?????!!!!!???? eeek shocked eeek shocked If I did that, I would die! There is NO FREAKING WAY that test was accurate, but it still has me stressed. I can not imagine me being just over 100 pounds...that's insane. I know, I know...just relax. But still...

So, there's my rant for the day.

EDIT:
my concern is more this...i am upset for the people who DON'T know better. there are probably some people who get the test done and it says they need to lose that much weight and they go out and try to do it. unsafe! at least i know better.

Anyone who spends enough time in the gym knows that weight is nothing but numbers. All that truly matters is your own personal opinion of yourself and to some other peoples opinion matter also. Hopefully your own opinion is good because here is someone elses opinion saying you look wonderful. From the looks of your pics if you lost 40 pounds you wouldn't have such lovely feminine curves. wow!! that doesnt seem right! you are so beautiful and curves are sexy and healthy. I know i am a little over weight but the dr. told me i need to lose 30.....hmmmmmmmmm.i dont want my ribs sticking out thank you!
