this week has been a crazy week but a good week. i have gotten a lot done that needed to be done around the house. this weekend i get some much needed and deserved r&r.

here's what i have been up to...

finished painting "the ugly room" and am moving my stuff back in there. this is going to be my 'craft room' and we will have tons of jewelry making/scrapbooking/other crafty stuff parties in there. its great!
so, here's how the ugly room started:

that pic was taken after i pulled down all the Dallas Cowboys looking stars that were covering the holes in the wall.

now it looks like this:

its still not completely done, but i will let you know when it is and, yes, i do have a Barbie collection. i think the value of the collection could pay for my grad school...hey, there's an idea

took the dog to the vet to get his rabies shot and he had an allergic reaction at the injection site...

so he had to go back to the vet to get more medicine. after his second visit in 2 days, he couldn't wait to leave. in fact, he wanted to drive home.

he spent the rest of the day crashed out with a heat pack over the irritated area

and today he is feeling better

other than that, have been workin workin workin, so this weekend is a trip to Thermopolis to enjoy the hot springs pools.

i can't wait...and i am sure that i will have some fun pics to share when i get back.
