last week, someone in my dept was fired and escorted out of the buildiing (supposedly for some sort of sexual harrassment). once someone made the complaint about them, the company then had the right to search his emails and computer. i'm not sure what they found, but i've been told it was "highly inappropriate". the problem is that when he was giving his exit interview, he said that he had also felt harrassed. he mentioned our department holiday party and the gift that he received via the white elephant gift exchage at that party. it was a large black dildo, which was the gift that i brought to the party.
what i've been told is that our director of human resources is coming into our morning meeting today to have a talk with us.
on the bright side, i suppose i could use an extended vacation.

on another note, i'm afraid to go to work today (not because of the harrassment thing). i'm just afraid to leave the house at all. i'm getting to be agoraphobic and it all started with this...
