I have been guilty of pride and false piety, because of which I haven't seen what's been in front of me the whole time.
After that happens I can only try to recognize what I did wrong and try to do better in the future. No use over crying over it but at the same time I need to learn from it.
This is something I've come to recognize. The great truths that I've had to learn for my own progression and maturity in life are not left unlearned because of lack of intelligence, but denial of them. It's denial of that one thing that's right in front of your nose, maybe I'm off somewhere else using my creativity to avoid it or something but I can never get away from what's blocking my path. I have to accept it and either adapt to the path or make a new one. Never go back.
Who knows what the future holds.
