JONATHAN: Did you call your mom yet?
TRACI: For Chinese New Year? Ugh. [dials] No.
JONATHAN: [laughs] Youre calling her now? [exaggerated mimic] Hi Mom, Happy Chinese New Year, Im at lunch now, byeeeee!
TRACI: Yeah. Im not that close to my mom. [ringing] Actually neither of my parents. Hi, Mom!

TRACI: Yeah its today. Vegas? Ah, you should check out the Bellagio, I think they do a decorated set up for Chinese New Year every year. Im not sure, but you should see if they do. Also the Bellagio has this ceiling full of glass Persians (theyre called Persians), these multi-colored glass sculptures by my favorite glass artist, its on the ceiling somewhere. You should check it out.
MOM: Oh, no wonder, I kept seeing red everywhere. But its today. Im glad you told me. We are leaving today. Eric is downstairs at in the casino but when he comes back up, well check out the Bilahjo its just right across the street from us. Were at the Venetian.
TRACI: Ok cool. Yeah, I dont know if they do it every year but last year they did. Were having Buddhas Delight now so I have to go, Ill talk to you later. Dont forget to wear red.
MOM: I am already wearing red.
TRACI: Ah, ok good. Bye Mom!

Yes that's what I said when I received the email that said someone bought me 3 months back in the hellhole. I mean SG.
Hope you're having a Happy Birthday Weekend!
