The nice thing about most people, if you scratch their back, they'll scratch yours. 
In other news, I have been so happy lately, that I have lost a pants size. So I figured I may as well keep going and I joined weight watchers. Isn't that cool.
The happier I get, the more good things happen, the happier I get, the more good things happen, the happier I get....It's as great cycle.
Now I am learning how to comunicate less, stop processing and just enjoy the momment.
