So the last couple of weeks have been interesting to say the very least.
I got back from New York, with a whole new appriciation for Arizona. I love the dusty desert, the suburbs, the dry heat, and the people more than words could ever explain.
May 12th was my first show as a Merciless Entertainment girl. I got fantastically smashed, wiped sweat off of Kofte; I spent that morning incredibly ill...because I'd been so fantastically drunk. I spent the next couple of weeks going to parties, and job interviews, and on May 31st I went to go see the Quakes at the Rhythm Room. Ben, Pete, and Matt had an eventful evening to say the least, Matt threw up in the venue, outside the venue, and all over himself. Ben got his face kicked in in the moshpit, and Pete decided that it would be a fantastic idea if he got drunk and high, and then rambeled on about how Paul Roman was a "pussy" and that he missed heroine, a lot. Go Figure.
At the Quakes show David and I decided that Merciless Entertainment needed to expand. I've been made a partner, we're working on a PR campaign, continuing t get our name out there, and tomorrow we're going to get a business licsense, and if there's time we're also opening up a bank account. Arizonans: look for Merciless at your next rockabilly show. We'll be taking suggestions for merchandise, and calander poses, we're also looking to add on a couple of new rockabilly esque girls. Anyway. It's pretty exciting.
I bought a new computer, the new MACBOOK and it's amazing! I adore it.
The ex boyfriend managed to trick the old one into working long enough to transfer my files. Our relationship was terrible; his oral and his computer skills are still amazing.
I watched the season finale of Biglove tonight. I fucking loved it, I could have pissed myself!
I just got a new position doing customer service for apple, I start on June 9th. I'm really excited/apprihensive, I haven't had a job in eight months, but it'll be good stuff having income again. They'll be working around my school schedual and it seems ideal.
I'm still missing Bartlett; it's very strange.
Victoria's getting a check up, and my backseems are getting closer to existance. (Victoria is my car, by the way)
The Rev is on the 30th of June. With the Horrorpops. I can't fucking wait.
I need to get on buying my tickets.
My sense of wanting to own a home/get out of my own. So, it looks like I'm going to be looking into some condos.
Change is on the battlefront. I feel like I'm winning the war again.
I adore being able to write again, and as time passes on; it seems more like I'm going to be able to finish the books.
Anyway. That's all. But then again, it's more than enough.
