Community Health Rules for Everyday Life (even after covid-19 has stopped being so stinking exciting):
1. don't freak out
2. take reasonable measures to not get yourself sick (eat well, take vitamins, drink water, avoid sick people, wash your damn hands)
3. take reasonable measures to not get other people sick (make sure you're up to date on the recommended vaccine schedule which is single most important thing a person can do to protect the health of their community, stay home when you don't feel well, and wash your damn hands)
4. always have extra food and water (and tp?) at home as an everyday form of emergency preparedness
5. help people who need help
7. wash your damn hands
6. don't freak out
