Today I'm brining the goose and making a Christmas pudding.
Tomorrow we are eating
Breakfast:
smoked salmon
Lobster
scallops
king prawns
and
toast
Lunch:
One whole goose
carrots
parsnips
roast potatoes
sprouts cooked with bacon
roasted onions
cranberry and sage stuffing
and
pigs in a blanket
w/port gravy
+
Cheese and biscuits
homemade christmas pudding
homemade mince pies
all sloshed down with some Cloudly bay sparkling wine, 2001 Pomerol , port and Frangelico
The next day we're turning the leftovers into a pie which should be pretty sweet.
Then I'm giving up food for about a year.
