Hmm need to update this, I started hitting the gym heavy again these last 3 months, I've lost about 10lbs but more importantly I've added about 3.5 inches to my biceps and chest. And lost some of this spare tire I've built up since I quit working I'll post result pics probably in about 3 months thats when I should have slimmed down to <10% Body fat which my goal is around 7%
