Hmm need to update this, I started hitting the gym heavy again these last 3 months, I've lost about 10lbs but more importantly I've added about 3.5 inches to my biceps and chest. And lost some of this spare tire I've built up since I quit working I'll post result pics probably in about 3 months thats when I should have slimmed down to <10%...

I have been keeping busy with work and enjoying the outdoors! I have been finding less and less to do on this site so I have been replacing it with other things. Things are getting rather crazy though, I think I should deter away from the whole "work-a-holic" identity, since in the end its only money.

How have you been? I'm excited to see new pictures!

yah he went to jail while being out there. not for drugs, but for a HUGE AMOUNT OF GUNS. they found him with rocket launchers. heh...i think it was like 50something weapons that they FOUND. he hid a bunch of them in the desert.


anways...yah...i kinda miss it out there. it was fun. biggrin
