holding back her hair as she threw up in the sink, i kept thinking, "happy 21st birthday". but i didn't say it. i didn't say, "isn't drinking fun?" or "don't you just love that dive bar, it's wood-paneled walls and african mask decor?" but i didn't. why should i? i can answer all of the questions myself and i still throw up in sinks. i just have short hair so that i don't need anyone to hold it back.
