I was involved in an accident and although I wasn't hurt it was an interesting experience. I indicated just before an intersection as I was turning into a driveway 50 m after the intersection. Anyway the other driver assumed I was turning into the street He was leaving and drove out onto my lane smashing into the side of my van. We exchanged details and he said he would sort everything out and it was his fault. A female driver also stopped and said the other driver was in the wrong. The next day my boss gets an email saying it was my fault and he wasn't going to pay. The insurance company didn't bother taking it seriously and his claim was quickly dismissed. His car was a right off and mine had only a few dents, I felt sorry for him and made sure he was ok but after he started behaving like a tool I didn't have much time for him. I guess he felt a sharp pain in his back pocket.
