This morning I realized that I get a really good work out when I watch old 80's movies. I have no clue why. I kicked my ass on the treadmill this morning while watching Summer School. The worst 80's movie ever made. Well....there are quite a few to choose from.....but yea....nevertheless I hauled some serious ass. Thats all I wanted to say really. off to work I go.
