I suffer from night terrors, have since I was a kid. I relive my favourite and worse parts of my life in vivid detail and it can be quite taxing on my mental state. The worse of it is how emotionally cold it makes me want to be, this night I got a glimpse of one of the happiest moments of my life and the brain added new parts and it absolutely wrecked my soul.

when I started doing yoga and meditation, it got better. Sincerely, I advise meditation, singing mantras, playing sports and eliminating alcohol and cigarettes will be better.
